Founded in Central Virginia
AMG opens its doors in Lynchburg as a precision machining shop.
1990s
CNC expansion
Investment in CNC milling and turning equipment scales the production floor.
2000s
ISO 9001 registration
Formal quality system registration cements long-term customer programs.
2010s
AS9100 & Roanoke facility
Aerospace registration earned; Roanoke facility opens to expand capacity.
Today
100% employee-owned
Owner-employees operate 140,000 sq ft across three Virginia plants with eight CMMs.
